The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK)  engaged us to help them audit the effectiveness of  their communications and public relations programs,  as well as to recommend programs and designs for  the new strategic communications blueprint that they  will use for President Joko Widodo’s second term.

 

One of the problems they were facing was a lack of  public understanding of their authorities and  limitations, especially in relation with the Central Bank  and the Ministry of Finances.

 

The 8-weeks audit included all publications for the  past two years, social media presence and growth,  stakeholder mapping, stakeholder perceptions, and  benchmarking with other government agencies, as  well as recommendations for the OJK’s strategic  communications program.
